We aim to make the tenant experience as smooth and accommodating as possible, from the initial rental application through residency. Rental Applications
If you are interested in renting a C&H property, use the link below to fill out an application. All applications must be completed and signed by the applicant(s). A $35 processing fee will be collected with your rental application. Applications and background verification forms can be filled out below:
Tenant Maintenance Request
To submit a Maintenance Request you have to log in to your Appfolio Resident Portal.
How to:
- To submit a Maintenance Request you have to log in to your Appfolio Resident Portal.
- Click the Messages tab allows for the submission of maintenance requests and other contact requests. Each request has a full history and is visible by all tenants on a lease or association owners on an ownership account.
- To add a request, click Contact us and complete the form.
